Gingerbread-a (2.3.4) i root OT-990 Telenor HU

Gingerbread-a (2.3.4) i root OT-990 Telenor HU

SVE RADITE NA SVOJU ODGOVORNOST!

Kada kupite telefon Telenor One Touch (Alcatel OT990), imaćete 2.2 verziju Androida.

I naravno – gubite garanciju!

Prvi deo uputstva: Upgrade bootloader-a i flešovanje nerutovanog oficijelnog Gingerbread ROM-a.

PACK2 i PACK3 folder će vam trebati u narednim koracima.
7.Isključite telefon (raskačite ga sa kabla)
8.Kada se isključi, ulazite u fastboot mod drženjem kombinacije tastera Volume Down i Power. Kada osetite vibraciju telefona, otpustite taster Power i držite još taster Volume Down par sekundi.
13.Pod stavkom Menu->Settings->Applications->uključite Unknown sources. A pod Development se nalazi USB debugging i Stay awake, uključite obe opcije.
14.Otvorite File manager i pokrenite RecoveryManager_v0.34b.apk, instalirajte aplikaciju i pokrenite je. Odobrite root pristup aplikaciji.

Slika

1.Izaberite drugu opciju – apply sdcard: update.zip
6.Spojite USB kabl.
7.Otvorite PACK3 folder i pokrenite install.bat. Sačekajte da završi, telefon će se restartovati i pokazati Telenor logo. (Instaliraće vam se opet driver-i na Windows-u).
8.Isključite USB kabl i upalite telefon.

Skinite Recovery zip fajl: recovery-clockwork-4.0.1.5-ot990-kernel-v53B-0-anyboot.zip

Ugasite telefon.

Uđite u fastboot mod držanjem Volume Down i Power kao u prethodnim koracima.

Spojite USB kabl.

Upalite telefon ovog puta držanjem Volume Up i Power, kada telefon zavibrira, pustite Power dugme i istog momenta pritisnite Home dugme.

Odaberite opciju Mount and storage, zatim odaberite opciju Mount usb storage.

Examples: Sum numbers in a table by using positional arguments

You can use positional arguments (LEFT, RIGHT, ABOVE, BELOW) with these functions:
  • AVERAGE
  • COUNT
  • MAX
  • MIN
  • PRODUCT
  • SUM
As an example, consider the following procedure for adding numbers by using the SUM function and positional arguments.
 Important    To avoid an error while summing in a table by using positional arguments, type a zero (0) in any empty cell that will be included in the calculation.
  1. Select the table cell where you want your result. If the cell is not empty, delete its contents.
  2. On the Table Tools Layout tab, in the Data group, click Formula.
  3. In the Formula dialog box, do one of the following:
To add the numbers…Type this in the Formula box
Above the cell=SUM(ABOVE)
Below the cell=SUM(BELOW)
Above and below the cell=SUM(ABOVE,BELOW)
Left of the cell=SUM(LEFT)
Right of the cell=SUM(RIGHT)
Left and right of the cell=SUM(LEFT,RIGHT)
Left of and above the cell=SUM(LEFT,ABOVE)
Right of and above the cell=SUM(RIGHT,ABOVE)
Left of and below the cell=SUM(LEFT,BELOW)
Right of and below the cell=SUM(RIGHT,BELOW)
  1. Click OK.

Available functions

 Note    Formulas that use positional arguments (e.g., LEFT) do not include values in header rows.
The following functions are available for use in Word table formulas:
FunctionWhat it doesExampleReturns
ABS()Calculates the absolute value of the value inside the parentheses =ABS(-22) 22
AND()Evaluates whether the arguments inside the parentheses are all TRUE. =AND(SUM(LEFT)<10,SUM(ABOVE)>=5)1, if the sum of the values to the left of the formula (in the same row) is less than 10 and the sum of the values above the formula (in the same column, excluding any header cell) is greater than or equal to 5; 0 otherwise.
AVERAGE()Calculates the average of items identified inside the parentheses.=AVERAGE(RIGHT)The average of all values to the right of the formula cell, in the same row.
COUNT()Calculates the count of items identified inside the parentheses.=COUNT(LEFT)The number of values to the left of the formula cell, in the same row.
DEFINED()Evaluates whether the argument inside the parentheses is defined. Returns 1 if the argument has been defined and evaluates without error, 0 if the argument has not been defined or returns an error. =DEFINED(gross_income)1, if gross_income has been defined and evaluates without error; 0 otherwise.
FALSETakes no arguments. Always returns 0.=FALSE0
IF()Evaluates the first argument. Returns the second argument if the first argument is true; returns the third argument if the first argument is false.
 Note    Requires exactly three arguments.
=IF(SUM(LEFT)>=10,10,0)10, if the sum of values to the left of the formula is at least 10; 0 otherwise.
INT()Rounds the value inside the parentheses down to the nearest integer.=INT(5.67)5
MAX()Returns the maximum value of the items identified inside the parentheses.=MAX(ABOVE)The maximum value found in the cells above the formula (excluding any header rows).
MIN()Returns the minimum value of the items identified inside the parentheses.=MIN(ABOVE)The minimum value found in the cells above the formula (excluding any header rows).
MOD()Takes two arguments (must be numbers or evaluate to numbers). Returns the remainder after the second argument is divided by the first. If the remainder is 0 (zero), returns 0.0=MOD(4,2)0.0
NOT()Takes one argument. Evaluates whether the argument is true. Returns 0 if the argument is true, 1 if the argument is false. Mostly used inside an IF formula.=NOT(1=1)0

Options Sticker and Engine Codes

Hi Guys.

Now I've had this info for a long time I've just seen it again so it may as well go in here. I've just posted this info in bits and pieces in another thread.

Let me start from the beginning. Every VAG vehicle made has an Options sticker. One half of this sticker is on the first page of the service schedule the other half will be stuck on the boot floor somewhere near the spare wheel well (depending on the vehicle).

This sticker will show lots of info about that vehicle. This is a sticker so it may not be exactly the same as yours.

This engine code is BWA and the transmission code is JLW along with the paint code under the engine number LB9A.

They sometimes put the engine code on a sticker on the timing belt cover.

If you want to know what all the other option codes are from 3 down then type them into VW/Audi/Seat/Škoda Option Codes Decoder. These Option Codes will tell you what was fitted to the vehicle when it came from the factory.

Now if you have alot of time on your hands you can download VAG Option Codes 235 page pdf file and have a read through them all.
In that pdf there is a link to VAG Codes where can type in the odd Option Code but you can type in the engine code and it tells you which models the years they were fitted with that engine.

So if someone is after an engine you will see which vehicles used that engine code.

Please add the engine code to your signature. Adding your car spec.

You can type your VIN number into VIN search tool to see what engine code is returned from the VIN number. Don’t be sad if the website doesn’t have your VIN. Come back to the website next 2 days maximum. The administrator of the website will put the information!

Seat Engine Codes

How To Mount USB flash drive from Command Line

Mounting a USB flash drive in GNOME (or another Linux desktop environment) is as easy as plug and play. Yet, occasionally, you need to mount one on a server which does not run X, then you must know how to do it on the command line.

  1. Become root.

    $ sudo -s

  2. Plug in USB drive to a USB port.

  3. Identify the correct partition name corresponding to the USB drive.

    For my Debian system, it is sda, and partition 1.
    $ dmesg |grep -i 'SCSI device'
    ...
    SCSI device sda: 3903488 512-byte hdwr sectors (1999 MB)

    Alternatively,
     $ grep  SCSI /var/log/messages
    ...
    Dec 1 11:52:26 tiger kernel: SCSI device sda: 3903488 512-byte hdwr sectors (1999 MB)

  4. Mount the partition to an existing mount point (directory).

    $ mkdir -p /mnt/myusb
    $ mount -t vfat -o rw,users /dev/sda1 /mnt/myusb

    users give non-root users the ability to unmount the drive.

    You can verify the drive is indeed mounted as follows:
     $ mount

    You should see a line in the output that looks like:
    /dev/sda1 on /mnt/myusb type vfat (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev)

To retrieve the USB drive:

  1. You must unmount the partition before physically unplugging the USB device.

    $ umount /mnt/myusb

    You can run the mount command again (with no argument) to verify that the volume is indeed mounted.

  2. Unplug USB drive.

AudioCodes MP-114 - SAS (Stand Alone Survivability) configuration

[asterisk-users] AudioCodes MP-114 - SAS (Stand Alone Survivability) configuration

Joseph syscon780 at gmail.com
Wed Jan 13 18:23:09 CST 2010

SOLVED!
Correct me anybody if I'm wrong but I think SAS option is for WAN only not for the case if AudioCodes MP and Asterisk are on the same network.

I was trying to configure the fail-over mode in scenarios:
- Asterisk sever goes down (doesn't happen very often, never happened to me but it could)
- hardware failure
- power loss etc.

(It seems to me Audiocodes caters MS and/or close source hardware; they have many "doc" files on their web-page but very little or none pertaining
to Asterisk configuration with their hardware MediaPack), so here is my solution without going through 500-pages manual.

So in the above cases the calls should go through IN or OUT without interuptions, Audiocodes MP can be configured for fail-over mode; my old Liksys 3102 CAN
NOT, when power goes down and Linksys is up, the calls will not go through.

Here is the relevant configuration for the above scenario:

==================
Protocol Configuration -> Proxies/IpGroups/Registration -> Proxy & Registration ->
Use Default Proxy: NO
Enable Fallback to Routing Table: Enable
Prefer Routing Table: NO
Enable Registration: Enable
Registrar IP Address: 10.0.0.109 (enter IP address of the asterisk server, very important)
Gateway Name: (none)
Gateway Registration Name: (none)
Subscription Mode: Per Endpoint
User Name: (none)
Password: Default_Passwd
Cnonce: Default_Cnonce
Authentication Mode: Per Endpoint

Routing Tables -> Routing General Parameters ->
Alt Routing Tel to IP Connectivity Method: SIP OPTION ; (in case asterisk and MP-114 are on the same network)

Tel to IP Routing -> (your numbers and IP's will be different)
Src. Trunk Group ID Dest. Phone Prefix Source Phone Prefix Dest. IP Address
*                    369                  *                    10.0.0.157
*                    *                    *                    10.0.0.109
*                    *                    *                    10.0.0.157

First line is for fax extension, there is no reason to forward it to asterisk, it should go directly to Hylafax (or your fax machine) regardless of
asterisk status.
Without playing/entering all internal extensions, second line directs all calls to Asterisk sever.
Third line is for fail-over mode in case of Asterisk failure, power failure, all calls are directed via to MP-114 so calls go IN and OUT without interruption

In addition to these setting user must configure:

Routing Tables -> IP to Trunk Group Routing
Endpoint Settings -> Authentication
Endpoint Settings -> Automatic Dialing
Endpoint Number -> EndPoint Phone Number
Hunt Group -> Hunt Group Settings

and Optionally:
Manipulation Tables -> Dest Number IP->Tel
===================

Change the IP address of an AudioCodes MP-112 VoIP Gateway

Change the IP address of an AudioCodes MP-112 VoIP Gateway

One of the useful elements in an all-IP environment is an AudioCodes VoIP gateway. The problem with the thing is the IP address. If you want to access it, but you don't have the IP address available, you can change it by using an analog telephone.
- Connect the phone to FXS port 1
- Pick up the phone, and dial ***12345
- Dial 1# to change the IP address
- A voice will spell the current address partially.
- Press #
- The system asks to enter the new IP address
- Enter the new address, use * for a . (so 127*0*0*1 for example)
- The system repeats the IP address entered
- Press 1 to save it
To change the subnet mask you have to choose #2, to change the default gateway you have to choose #3 in the beginning.
After this is done, you can log in using the web interface. Default username and password are Admin-Admin.
